I’ve had the pleasure of authoring several books. Woman’s Health: Body, Mind Spirit, was published in 2004. NCLEX-High Risk (about how to pass the high-stakes RN licensing examination) came out in 2008. My latest work, Thinner, Fitter, Happier: Dancing Will Change Your Life, was published in March, 2015. That one is about the marvelous social and emotional benefits of social dancing.
